We use strictly necessary storage to remember your cookie choice. Analytics cookies are loaded only if you accept them through the cookie banner or cookie settings.

2. Consent for analytics

If you accept analytics cookies, Google Analytics may collect information about how you use the website, such as pages visited, approximate technical location, browser and device information, and interactions with the website. This helps us improve the website and services.

You can withdraw analytics consent at any time by opening the Cookie Settings and rejecting analytics cookies. This will prevent future loading through our consent script, although cookies already stored by your browser may need to be deleted through your browser settings.

3. Contact and booking forms

When you send a contact form or booking request, you provide personal data so we can respond and manage your request. This processing is usually based on steps prior to entering into a contract, contract performance where relevant, or our legitimate interest in responding to inquiries.

4. Newsletter or marketing emails

We do not currently use a newsletter or email marketing tool. If we add one in the future, subscription will be optional and will rely on your consent or another lawful basis where applicable. You will be able to unsubscribe.

5. Your GDPR rights

You may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, objection to processing, or withdrawal of consent where applicable.

6. Data protection authority

You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Romanian data protection authority, ANSPDCP: dataprotection.ro.
